How the per-order fee works
You only pay on orders that are completed and delivered through SetuCare’s cart. Cancelled or refunded orders carry no fee. The charge is deducted from settlement, not billed separately, so there is no surprise invoice. Two parts make up the deduction:
A small percentage of the order total. Applies to every completed order regardless of how the buyer paid (COD or online).

When buyers pay online via Stripe or SSLCommerz, the gateway’s own processing fee is also deducted. SetuCare passes it through at cost — we don’t add a margin.
