4. Listings and Transactions
Seller Responsibilities

- Respond to buyer inquiries in a timely manner
Buyer Responsibilities
- Read listings carefully before making contact
- Communicate respectfully with sellers
- Complete agreed-upon transactions
- Report any issues or concerns promptly
Important: SetuCare is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to transactions and are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the ability of sellers to sell, or the ability of buyers to pay.
5. Prohibited Items and Services
The following items and services are prohibited on SetuCare:
- Illegal drugs and drug paraphernalia
- Weapons and explosives
- Stolen goods
- Counterfeit items
- Adult content and services
- Human trafficking or exploitation
- Endangered species and protected wildlife
6. Intellectual Property
The SetuCare platform, including its design, logos, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission. When you post content on SetuCare, you grant us a license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.
7. Fees and Payments
SetuCare is currently free to use for basic features. We reserve the right to introduce fees for certain services in the future. Any fee changes will be communicated to users in advance.
8. Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.
